Returning your Trakm8 Prime device

If you need to return your device(s) please complete the form below. Please tell us why you are returning your device, so we can process the return properly. If devices are received as damaged we may charge you for the equipment. You should use the original device packaging wherever possible. Devices should not be returned without a valid RMA number, this will be emailed to you within 24 hours (working days only).

This form should only be used for returning devices which are either faulty or after your initial term is completed. Any devices returned to Trakm8 using this form, which are still within your Initial Term, will be charged for until the end of your initial contract term in full upon receipt of your device/s.
